It’s not too late! The state of Delaware is currently accepting applications for a variety of cannabis business licenses. Medical marijuana has been legalized in Delaware since 2011. Delaware’s medical market opened in 2013 and has been growing steadily, thus the opportunity for new business is present. Applications for marijuana compassion centers are being accepted until October 28th, 2020.

The Delaware medical market is open! Currently, applications for compassionate care centers are being accepted until October 28th. Notifications of awards will be announced by November 12th.   • 15 retailers;
  • 5 testing labs;

  • 30 product manufacturers, with additional product manufacturers licensed beginning two years after the effective date.
